Editor,
I’m pleased to join letter writer Neil Wild’s debate as he defends the ongoing renovations to the White House.

While the thought of a $350 million, privately funded (receipts please) 90,000 square-foot ballroom worthy of a “disco king” with an affinity for the Village People is impressive, I think Mr. Wild has his priorities confused.
If only he could find time to address his president’s failed promises to improve the human condition. Would that new word “grocery” list of failures be appropriate? How about food prices, health care, utilities, shelter? Not enough, want more injustices? Disregard for the U.S. Constitution, abuse of the rule of law, frivolous lawsuits, deportations without due process, blanket pardons of convicted criminals, absurd allegations of treason, profiting from the presidency, climate change denial, advocacy for voodoo medicine, extralegal murder on the high seas, questionable deployments of military troops to American cities and foreign countries, false claims of settled wars, permitting Netanyahu to wipe Gaza from the face of the map before negotiating a truce, preparations to abandon Ukraine, and the tragic, needless, deaths of 600,000 Africans, including 400,000 children, with the abolishment of USAID. It almost makes the Epstein files cover-up seem trivial.
While Mr. Wild chooses to not deny his inner architect or interior designer, humanity has other, higher priorities. Compassionate people find it more fulfilling relating to other people, not golden chandeliers.

Besides a TDS affliction, Mr. David now has to contend with twisted panties. He probably had more fluff in his suggested article but there is a 250 word limit on LTEs. Just one question for Mr. David, why are we responsible for unsafe African carnal activities that causes the wildly exaggerated spread of HIV cases?
Yawn, snore…ho hum… here we go again… Here we have yet another Trump Derangement Syndrome-fueled rant from Cory David regurgitating Democrat talking points. Many if not all previously debunked as fake news and lies. Hey Cory, none of your described failures of our (yes, our) great President Trump would be required if Democrats hadn’t pursued America Last policies under treasonous Obama and treasonous Biden. Enough said. BTW, how much have you donated to replace the loss of USAID funds? If none, I’d say you’re just as guilty. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
So, what was "treasonous" about President Obama, MissTY?
Trump, an uneducated moron, has made himself a laughingstock around the world. His childish language and preoccupation with dolls and pencils are what his intellectually challenged supporters admire? How unpresidential!
