St. Catherine of Siena School in Burlingame will host a production of the school’s spring musical ‘Legally Blonde Jr.,’ this weekend. The final performance will run 7:30 p.m., Saturday, May 13. Jacob Apple, a first-grader at Serendipity School in San Mateo, Sophia Batnag, a second-grader at Highland Christian School in San Bruno, Sophia Fu, a third-grader from Redwood Shores Elementary School in Redwood City, Hanna Docampo Pham, a fourth-grader at Marjorie Tobias Elementary School in Daly City, Anjali Ulrich, a fifth-grader at Henry Ford Elementary School in Redwood City and Sanjna Sood, a sixth-grader at Ralston Middle School in Belmont, were named winners of the SamTrans school art contest.
All of the winning entries are featured on ad cards inside the buses and on the outside of the SamTrans’ rolling art gallery. Winning artists also received a SamTrans summer youth pass, art supplies, a certificate and framed copy of a bus showcasing their art.
