Belmont Park Boosters Treasurer Mike Davis, Park Boosters Board member Craig Michaels, Councilman Charles Stone, Councilwoman Julia Mates, Park Boosters Board member Rich Bortoli, Belmont Mayor Davina Hurt, Park Boosters Board member Karl Mittelstadt, Park Boosters President Judy King, Park Boosters Secretary Terri Cook, Councilman Doug Kim, Parks and Recreation Director Brigitte Shearer and Belmont Councilman Warren Lieberman at a check ceremony at Belmont City Hall Feb. 26. The check from the Belmont Park Boosters  of $13,000 will pay for a shade structure and some landscaping behind The Cottage in Twin Pines Park. The boosters puts on the summer concert series in the park and donates money to the city for improvements.
