Last night Art Bias accepted a proclamation from the city of San Carlos and Mayor Adam Rak on behalf of the board, artists, funders and supporters of Art Bias. This recognition coincides with the month of October being the National Arts and Humanities month, a season highlighting the connection, vibrancy and economic impact that the arts bring to local communities.

Presented to Shana T. Bryant, Director on the board of trustees at Art Bias, other board members, and artists this recognition doubled as recognition of 2023 being Art Bias’ 30th year anniversary celebration. While we look back with pride at the last 30 years, Art Bias artists and board are intent on building the Art Bias of the future. Art Bias' reinvigorated mission is to be an organization that is deeply connected to the world around us and providing support to artists who are contributing to a just and equitable community.
