The Residential Division of San Mateo-based Sares Regis Group of Northern California and Regis Contractors Bay Area have announced a number of promotions.

SRGNC’s Residential Division has promoted Andrew Turco to assistant vice president, development for his successful work delivering the 205-residence 6tenEast in Sunnyvale and his numerous contributions to the residential division, including assisting in strategy and entitlements for Pilgrim Triton in Foster City and the 260-residence Cadence in South San Francisco. Kevin Choy was also promoted to project manager, development for his work on CityLine Sunnyvale and the 83-residence Aperture in San Bruno. Regis Contractors Bay Area has also announced a number of promotions, including Michael Neudeck to project manager, construction for his collaborative work managing construction of the 90-residence Encore in Redwood City. Jesha Geluz has also been promoted to project engineer, construction for her work on 6tenEast, while Jose Vela has earned a promotion to assistant project manager, construction for his contributions at the California Ave faculty homes project in Palo Alto.
