The Gators picked up their first WBAL Foothill Division win of the season with the shut out of the Tigers.
SHP (1-0-1 WBAL Foothill, 3-2-1 overall) took a 2-0 lead at halftime with a pair of goals from Lauryn Masetti, off assists from Averie Sui and Aris Yu.
Masetti then assisted on Layla Pine’s second-half goal.
NDB falls to 0-3 in WBAL play and 3-6-1 overall.
Aragon 1, Menlo-Atherton 0
The Dons got a second-half goal to post their first win as they got past the struggling Bears.
After a scoreless first half, Madison Ketchum scored what turned out to be the game-winner for Aragon (1-1-1 PAL Bay, 1-2-3 overall).
M-A is still searching for its first win in Bay play, falling to 0-3 in division play and 4-4-2 overall.
Hillsdale 2, San Mateo 1
The Knights scored once in each half to down the crosstown rival Bearcats in a non-league match.
Nur Ziv scored the goal for San Mateo (3-2 overall). Hillsdale improves to 3-4-2 overall.
In other action ...
Burlingame (2-1-1 PAL Bay, 2-4-3 overall) and Sequoia (1-0-2, 2-4-3) played to a scoreless draw in Redwood City.

Harker (5-3 overall) rolled to a non-league win over Mills (4-7), 4-0.
Scotts Valley (2-5-1 overall) scored twice in the first half to top Half Moon Bay (1-4-1) 2-0 in a non-league meeting.
Girls’ basketball
Nueva School 35, Kehillah School 32 OT
The Mavericks outscored the Rams 13-10 in the fourth quarter to force overtime where they prevailed in the PSAL North matchup.
Nueva (1-1 PSAL North, 3-6 overall) trailed the whole game. The Mavericks were 11-9 after the first period had a 17-11 deficit at halftime. The Mavericks the outscored Kehillah (0-3, 3-5) 19-13 in the second half to force the extra period.
Julia Randolph had a huge game for Nueva, scoring 22 of her team’s 35 points.
In other action ...
Summit Shasta (3-0 PSAL North, 7-5 overall) rolled to a 64-25 win over Basic Independent Silicon Valley (1-1, 3-6). The Black Bears have won three of their last four games.
Pescadero (4-4 overall) knocked off Mercy (6-4), 44-31.
Boys’ basketball
Summit Shasta 55, BISV 41
The Black Bears outscored the Bobcats 32-13 in the second and third quarters to take command in a PSAL North Division victory.
Summit Shasta (3-0 PSAL North, 8-5 overall) trailed 14-12 after the first quarter, but outscored BISV (1-1, 3-6) 16-4 in the second to take a 28-18 lead at halftime. The Black Bears continued their dominance in the third quarter, outscoring the Bobcats 16-9 to lead 44-27 going into the fourth.
