Burlingame senior Lauren Aguilar kept her undefeated girls’ wrestling record intact, claiming the 120-pound championship at the Queen of the Mat, held Saturday at Pittsburg High School.

Aguilar earned a first round bye, then spent a total of 4 minutes, 8 seconds on the mat through three victories. She worked into the second period in her opening match, a 19-2 tech fall over Arroyo’s Madison Yalung. Aguilar then earned back-to-back first-round pins, starting with a win over Casa Grande senior Maliyah McCoy. In the finals, Aguilar pinned Folsom sophomore Annika Scott in 28 seconds.
