October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month. We need to make more funding for breast cancer research a priority. One in eight women will develop breast cancer in her lifetime. The Bay Area has the highest incidence of breast cancer in the country. We need to be outraged.
Please write a letter to the president of the United States. A simple message will do: "We demand more funding for breast cancer research. Today.
Now." Then, put a breast cancer stamp on it. An added "bonus".
There is a breast cancer letter writing campaign going on the AOL breast cancer board.
