Unfailingly civil in her leadership roles on the school board and city council, Sue Lempert represents the highest order of dedicated community public service. Sue generously shared her experience and historical perspective. Her column will be missed.

Sue is the pre-eminent and honest public servant. She has inspired me over the years to go into action on behalf our City that we both love. I will miss the articles in her.column. I will do my best to stay in touch. Every conversation we have I walk away learning many things.
