Certainly, the current problem United Airlines has will quickly be addressed and most likely not happen again anytime soon. United Airlines as a whole will be under a magnifying glass for a while, which is normally the case after an incident like this.
This story is unfortunate for many reasons and we hope the passenger recovers quickly.
There are numerous people working for United Airlines who strive to do a great job every day but this type of story (positive) does not sell news. Good news is not nearly as sensational as bad news in this country it would seem.
There is an audience of people who would like to read more positive news. They are weary of negative news.
This latest United Airline story will make it that much harder (in some cases) for those United employees who work hard. Most United Airline employees perform a great job daily without ever receiving any recognition.
I know a number of people who work at United Airlines whom are quite dedicated. I believe they deserve our thanks!
