Editor,

It is with joy that I respond to Brooke Hanshaw’s Student News column “Reliable Sources” in the Saturday, March 2, edition of the San Mateo Daily Journal. At the end of her column Brooke states: “Be wary of what you read and watch — ask questions — and do the proper research before you draw conclusions on an event or story.”

This is pretty funny, coming from someone throwing another Trumper tantrum and who treats the lamestream media reports as gospel. You must have been so happy when you read the articles about Christine Blasey-Ford, Covington, Jussie Smollett, Trayvon Martin, Michael Brown, Russian collusion, and many others. But wait… they were all hoaxes and yet you probably gobbled up those stories like a lemming. By the way, I have a bridge to sell you. They were designed by the famous designers, D. Uplo and L. Ego. I’d normally sell them for $5 million, but for you, $10 million, because I'm sure I can get the lamestream media to write it up as a steal at $10 milliion.

What a clever way to support Art's point, - something no remaining Trump follower would ever grasp!

Gentlemen, I highly encourage you all to look back and read the comments you just left on this post. I also highly encourage you to take a step back and realize what our world and discussions have come to. Personal insults, name calling and stating evidence with no links or references to reliable websites. Please realize this is why our country is struggling immensely with compromise and problem solving, and will continue to do so if people cannot have a discussion without these kinds of ridiculous comments. Look into the other side of something! Research it! Try to understand someone before you rip them apart. Attempt compromise. It's the only way we'll ever make any progress--together.

It's too late for Terence. He has consumed too much kool-aid.

Hey, it's the Beeb! The kool-aid is quite tasty, especially for all the people who drank it and elected our great President Trump! Obviously, more people are drinking the kool-aid, seeing as how Trump's approval rating continues to rise. The kool-aid is much tastier than the "If She Wasn't My Daughter" cocktail you named in Clinton's honor.

Justin B

Terry--because I know you read at the same level as Trump, you need to be reminded it was Trump who said "if she wasn't my daughter." Your comprehensions skills are lacking--I'd suggest a tutor.
