Editor,

Before we start celebrating that at last we’re getting back to normal life and you can throw your masks in the trash, read the fine print on Gov. Gavin Newsom’s “opening up” announcement. Beginning on Feb. 16, all who’ve been vaccinated may enter indoor businesses without having to wear a face mask.

Ms. Zaslawsky - Thanks for speaking up! Right on!

Thank you for your letter, Ms. Zaslawsky. Speaking of access to cash being controlled by a government, we can take a quick look up North and see what is happening under Fuhrer Justin. A cautionary tale for those of us in America. It may be more valuable to exercise your second amendment rights since your first amendment rights may be trampled on, as we may get a so-called leader similar to an Ottawa police chief saying he won’t tolerate Canadians participating the in the unlawful activity of engaging in demonstrations. Who knew participating in a demonstration is illegal? Here in America, we not only know that participating in a demonstration is legal, but destroying property worth over $1 billion is legal (assuming you claim to be BLM or Antifa). Folks, don’t forget that cash is king.
