James Gene Corazzini, born May 3, 1928, died Nov. 12, 2018. James died peacefully at his home in Burlingame, surrounded by his family. Born in Fresno, California, he came to the Bay Area at the age of 13. He worked his way up to owning his own family business; Pilgrim Kitchen in Belmont for over 40 years. James was a generous man, and he was loved by many friends.
He is predeceased by his eldest son, James W. Corazzini. Survived by his children, John and Cindy. Grandfather of Andrew, Jesse and Cassandra. Great-grandfather to Caden, Camille and Valentino. Life partner of Cookie. Also survived by his three sisters and numerous nieces and nephews.
Family and friends may visit after 2 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 17, at the Chapel of the Highlands, with a 3:30 p.m. funeral liturgy at the Chapel of the Highlands, El Camino Real at 194 Millwood Drive in Millbrae. His family appreciates donations to Capuchin Franciscan Order, c/o Our Lady of Angels Church, 1345 Cortez Ave., Burlingame, CA 94010.
