Betty Kaye Short 84, died on June 29, in Redwood City, California. She was the widow of Dr. Edward William Short; they shared 58 years of marriage together.
Born in Logan, Utah, she was the daughter of Henry Perry Howell and Nevada Margaret Lusk. She was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. She enjoyed drawing, scrap-booking, embroidery and gardening. She will be remembered for her love of family and joy spending time with grandchildren.
She is survived by children, Lori, Glenn, Gary and his wife Leticia; her grandchildren, David and his wife Lily, Heather and her husband Matthew, Brandon and Katie; her great-grandchildren James, Lucy and Olivia, and two more on the way.
The memorial service will be held 10 a.m. July 8 at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints 1475 Edgewood Road, Redwood City, CA. with a subsequent internment at the Logan City Cemetery, 1000 N. 1200 East, Logan, UT 84321.
