A pedestrian who was hit by a vehicle at the intersection of Chestnut Avenue and Mission Road in South San Francisco Tuesday died at the hospital, according to police.

The collision was around 11:33 a.m. April 29, according to police.

Another pedestrian death in SM County. It seems like the majority are seniors, many of whom may no longer be able to drive.

It’s time to update our streets to make all users safe, instead of simply faster for those who drive.
