Theodore Gore, 30, also pleaded no contest to evading a police officer for the June 20 crime, where Gore, alongside 27-year-old Sierra Mansanares, 32-year-old Camy Massutti and 31-year-old Jesus Olivarez, stole $9,500 worth of merchandise in under two minutes, according to the DA’s Office.
After taking the leggings, the group got into a stolen car and drove to San Francisco, where they were eventually arrested.
Mansanares, Massutti and Olivarez all pleaded no contest to felony grand theft in August 2024. Massutti, Olivarez and Gore — who face the most time, at up to two years in state prison — will hear a presentencing report April 1. Mansanares failed to show up for court in October and a warrant is out for his arrest.
Massutti also pleaded no contest to grand theft for a separate shoplifting crime on Jan. 28. He fled with $1,359.25 in merchandise from a South San Francisco Staples in November 2024 and was found nearby, hiding in a trench, according to the DA’s Office.
