A 51-year-old man was arrested early Thursday morning on suspicion of driving under the influence of drugs after he crashed his vehicle into a metal fence in South San Francisco, according to police.
The crash was reported at 1:32 a.m. on the 300 block of Shaw Road.
Ronald Cerri, a South San Francisco resident, was arrested after investigators determined he had been driving the vehicle under the influence of a drug and then struck a metal fence adjacent to the street, police said.
