The man accused of stabbing a woman and posting a Facebook video of the victim covered in blood was found not competent to stand trial June 27, San Mateo County District Attorney Steve Wagstaffe said.

the question for our society is where should this man be incarcerated and isolated from society? and is there anyone who thinks someone like this can be rehabilitated and returned to society? We need to re invent state mental hospitals quickly.

Good questions, brewster1. How about this man be incarcerated and isolated from society in the homes of the people who found him not competent to stand trial? Or the homes of folks who think he can be rehabilitated and returned to society. Or, maybe Newsom will release him back into the Bay Area wild due to COVID and overcrowding, similar to what Newsom did with convicted felons.
