Angelo Joseph and Mafalda ‘Fal’ (Elliott) Rallo celebrate their 70th wedding anniversary on April 11. They were both born and raised in Rochester, N.Y. They met at a party as teenagers. Joseph was drawn to Fal’s elegant flair and she was drawn to his mature, serious nature.
