The two-time Division IV state champion Lady Knights took Campolindo to five sets, but saw their season end with a 22-25, 25-17, 25-15, 17-25, 15-7 loss in the CIF Division I State Volleyball Championships opener in Moraga.
Senior outside hitters Grace King and Sianna Houghton finished out their Menlo careers by each registering double-doubles, with King going for a team-high 14 kills and adding 13 digs, and Houghton totaling 10 kills and 17 digs.
Senior defender Riley Holland notched team-highs with 20 digs and five aces.
Menlo claimed the West Bay Athletic League Foothill Division championship this season, but went one-and-done in the Central Coast Section Open Division playoffs as well as in the state playoffs.
