Notre Dame-Belmont 12, Carlmont 10
The Tigers won their second straight PAL Bay Division match by knocking off the Scots.
NDB (2-5 PAL Bay, 5-9-1 overall) outscored Carlmont by a goal in each the second and third quarters to post the final margin of victory.
Isa Mack has come on strong for the Tigers the last two weeks and she led them with four goals against the Scots. Michelle Kleyteman and Hanna Kawar both scored a pair for NDB.
Tigers goalkeeper Annalee Wolfe finished with 10 saves to preserve the victory.
Aragon 8, Menlo-Atherton 2
The Dons held the Bears to just one first-half goal as they cruised to the PAL Bay Division win.
Maria Sell was a forced both offensively and defensively for Aragon, scoring a team-high seven goals and coming up with five steals.
Aryanna Zahabi scored the other goal for the Dons, who also got a pair of assists from Sydney Nash and Grace Simenc.
Aragon goaltender Hannah Flynn finished with 19 saves and also added two assists.

Girls’ volleyball
Woodside 3, Carlmont 2
The Wildcats swept the season series from the Scots with another five-set victory, 24-26, 25-23, 25-14, 16-25, 15-12.
Woodside beat Carlmont in five sets back on Sept. 20.
Sarah Strus and Elena Campbell paced the attack for Woodside (6-6 PAL Bay, 17-13 overall), finishing with 18 and 16 kills, respectively. Setters Katia Kishinsky and Molly Buddle combined for 52 assists, while Madeline Mendes led the defensive effort with 24 digs.
Carlmont (7-5, 20-13) got a double-double from Morgan McClellan, who had 17 digs and 14 digs. Grace Xu finished with a career-high 32 digs, while Gaby Pierce had seven kills, six blocks and two digs.
Menlo-Atherton 3, Half Moon Bay 2
The Cougars’ bid for their first PAL Bay Division win were dashed by the Bears, who prevailed in five sets, 21-25, 25-11, 25-19, 23-25, 15-3.
The win keeps M-A (11-1) one game ahead of second-place Aragon.
M-A setter Mariah Grover was nearly perfect, finishing with 57 assists. Emma Spindt and Marit Hoyem combined for 29 kills, while Natalie Grover and Alicia Letvin had 10 kills each.

Sierra Hamilton paced the HMB offense, finishing with a team-high 13 kills. Team kill leader McKenzie Mell added 10. Sophie Barger handed out 25 assists, while Alex Hosilyk dug up 16 balls.
Notre Dame-SJ 3, Crystal Springs 1
The Gryphons hopes of catching the Regents in the WBAL Skyline Division standings were all but dashed with a 25-19, 25-15, 21-25, 27-25 loss.
Crystal Springs (8-2) came into the match one game behind division-leading NDSJ (10-0), but are now two games behind with two matches left in the regular season.
Sophie Lockton had 14 kills for the Gryphons, while Gianna Perez finished with 17 assists.
Notre Dame-Belmont 3, Sacred Heart Prep 1
The Tigers kept their WBAL Foothill Division title hopes alive with the win over the third-place Gators, 25-16, 26-24, 27-25, 25-16.
NDB (7-1 WBAL Skyline) remains one game back of first-place Menlo School (8-0), with a showdown set tonight at 6:30 in Atherton.
Vanessa Pan, Kendall Peters and Abby Miller combined for 32 kills, with Pan leading the way with 12. Rachel Liu had 30 assists, and the Tigers, as a team, finished with nine services aces, with Delaney Walsh and Peters finishing with three apiece.
SHP (4-4) got 12 kills from Elena Radeff and 10 from Reagan Smith. Millie Muir pumped out 38 assists, while also digging up 13 balls and blocking a pair of NDB attacks.
Menlo School 3, Harker 0
The Knights stayed unbeaten in WBAL Foothill Division play with a 25-13, 25-19, 25-20 win over the Eagles.
Grace King posted a double-double with 10 digs and 11 assists for Menlo (8-0 WBAL Foothill). Anna Guiragossian had seven blocks to go along with seven kills, while Sianna Houghton finished with 13 digs and nine kills.
El Camino 3, Capuchino 0
The Colts beat the Mustangs in straight sets in a PAL Ocean Division game, 25-11, 25-15, 25-15.
Bailey O’Mahony led Capuchino with seven kills.
Girls’ tennis
Menlo School 7, Harker 0
The Knights wrapped up another WBAL regular-season title with the sweep of the Eagles.
Addie Ahlstrom, Mabelle Pasmooij and the doubles team of Penn Penfold and Charlotte Lee all won in straight sets at love. Lindsey Ball and the No. 1 doubles team of Vivian Liu and Brynn Brady, dropped only one game, while Tricia Zhang won her match, 6-1, 6-1.

San Mateo 14, Capuchino 5
Caroline Zhu, Jax Rittenhouse, Emily Chinn, Megan Chung and Pacita Del Balso all scored a pair of goals as the Bearcats beat the Mustangs in a PAL Ocean Division meeting.
Izzy Borges, Lydia McIntyre, Kalyn Chang and Peyton Jensen rounded out the scoring for San Mateo, with one goal each.
