Notre Dame-Belmont 9, Notre Dame-SJ 8, 8 innings
The Tigers handed the Regents their first loss in PAL Ocean Division play, rebounding from a late collapse to win in extra innings.
NDB (1-2 PAL Ocean, 7-10-1 overall) looked to be in control of the game. After NDSJ (3-1, 11-7) scored in the top of the first, the Tigers scored six runs in the bottom of the third and added two more in the fourth for an 8-1 lead.
But the Regents weren’t done. They scored two runs in the top of the fifth before erupting for five runs in the top of the seventh to tie the game at 8-all.
But NDB got the walk-off win in the bottom of the eighth.
Skylar Loo homered, doubled and drove in four runs for NDB, with Nicole Stancil driving in a pair.
Jaz Mina had a pair of doubles and drove in three runs to pace the offense for NDSJ.
In other action ...
G Hillman and Sydney Chu each drove in three runs to help Mills (11-7 overall) to a 14-4, mercy-rule, non-league win over St. Ignatius (6-10).
Silver Creek (12-5) scored eight runs in its final three at-bats to get past Design Tech (8-4) in a wild 12-10 non-league win.

Menlo School 6, Capuchino 1
The Knights took a 2-0 lead in the bottom of the second and put the game away with a four-run fourth to get past the Mustangs.
Zach Roeder hit a two-run homer for Menlo (6-3 PAL Bay, 14-7 overall), while Battle Scott, Liam Widner and Chuck Wynn all drove in a run apiece.
That made a winner of starting pitcher Jackson Flanagan, who teamed with Reid Plamondon to limit Capuchino (2-6, 12-9) just five hits. Flanagan worked the first four innings, giving up three hits. Plamondon went the final three innings, surrendering a run in the top of the fifth.
In other action ...
Harker (8-1 PAL Lake, 12-7 overall) scored seven runs in the first inning to propel the Eagles to a 15-3 win over over Jefferson (0-9, 1-15).

The Knights rebounded from their loss to Carlmont last Thursday to beat the Colts in a non-league win — 25-23, 27-25, 25-16, 25-23.
Chris Feinberg paced the offense for Hillsdale (17-5 overall), finishing with 13 kills and adding 14 digs. Austin Chen added 10 kills, who played in only two sets. Arthur Mallari had three blocks for the Knights, while Arian Zolotukhin drove the offense with 44 assists.
Tyler Lin and Ivan Cheung each had 12 kills to lead El Camino (6-13).
