The reason why there is now more support for stricter gun control laws is because it is very one-sided. So, I would like to give you my side of why stricter gun control laws, or even if it comes to the confiscation of all guns, will never stop the shootings. When elected by the people, was President Trump expected to be the next savior of the world and to “make America great again” with peace and prosperity? Not a remote chance. I will give you a simple reason why we are having shootings and terrorist acts throughout the world and the disrespect for all human life.
Why is it that we started having these problems after the ’60s? In the ’50s, we had no shootings, no terrorism, and respect for all life! It’s simple: Our country was based on Christian principles and had God’s loving protection. Now, in the ’60s, the so called great sexual revolution started. Next, what followed was the U.S. Supreme Court declaring war on all Christian principles that caused the loss of God’s loving protection and gave the nation to the father of lies, Lucifer.
Lastly, the solution to stop the shootings, all terrorist acts, and the disrespect for all human life is to simply go back to the Christian principles of God.
I look forward to Mr. Foti's letter explaining how after the Port Arthur Massacre, it was not Australia's adoption of gun laws, but rather a turn to "traditional Christian values", that led to a complete cessation of mass shootings.

Australia adopted strict gun laws after the Port Arthur massacre in ’96, stopping mass shootings. Scandinavia has strict gun laws and are as “god-less” as any secular country. Gun incidents are rare and exclusively committed by religious loonies. In a tragic 2011 massacre in Norway, the religiously obsessed right-winger said he prayed to God during the shooting. He advocated a turn from Protestantism back to Catholicism, claiming that only the Christian Cross could unite Europe. Adolf Hitler was a devoted Catholic, who in his very religion infested “Mein Kampf” declared that he would do God’s work by exterminating the Jews, which a Catholic Germany let him do. Most wars have been fought for religious reasons, while no American mass shooter has been found to be without some religious fantasies. Atheists are vastly under-represented in prison and crime statistics, while you keep blaming a fantasy figure Lucifer for mass shootings, which you say would continue even if all weapons were banned, unless we turn to your other fantasy figure. With its immorality and mass slaughtering ordered by God himself, the Bible is hardly a model for good behavior. Finally, let’s not forget that it was in the 60-70’s that NRA changed to become a political organization, playing on people’s fear and that owning assault weapons was a God-given right!
