Editor,

The map of the Middle East shows that several large countries lie between tiny Israel and Qatar — Jordan, Syria and Saudi Arabia for example. Turkey is a major military player in the region too, having invaded Syria to help its new terrorist leader Mr. Sharaa engage in genocide against Christians, Druze and Alawites without a peep from anyone.

Thanks for your letter, Mr. Tuck. It’s been reported that the USA and Qatar were informed of the attack. The bigger question is why Hamas “leaders” were hiding in Qatar when their soldiers are busy losing the war. Meanwhile, we can only hope that Israel continues to root out Hamas “leaders” and deal with them appropriately. In whichever country they are.
