Ooh-Rah, to all of you who wear/wore the Marine Corps uniform!
We will celebrate our 249th Birthday on Nov. 10 regardless of where we may be in the world.
As, “Soldiers Of The Sea,” we all share an uncommon bond and the right to be called, ‘Marine’ (no sissies allowed). Hear this Marines, I’m offering you this gentle reminder, America expects you to continue to improvise, adapt and overcome. Carry on.
Ah... words of wisdom from Gunny Highway, and it is fitting that Marines conclude festivities on November 10th with, "Good night, Chesty, wherever you are."
