Kimball, you’re not equating unvaccinated Americans with criminals are you? After all, the unjabbed have not broken any laws. Unlike the existing powers-that-be who ignore enforcement of our existing immigration laws. In addition to refusing to prosecute those who have actually broken laws or refusing to enforce incarceration periods. Maybe if our government were actually accountable and seen to enforce existing law, then their recommendations may have some credibility in regards to an unapproved vaccine.

So, if a state's penal code was changed to make failure to be vaccinated a crime... would you favor that crime being classified as a misdemeanor or felony?
