Rene Alfonso Turcios Photo

Rene Alfonso Turcios passed away suddenly at the age of 60 in Redwood City on September 11, 2024. Born October 28,1963 in San Miguel, El Salvador he immigrated to the United States when he was a teenager. He leaves behind his wife Gabriela and his 6 children: Margoth, Rene, Guillermo, Fernando, Gabriela, and Paulina. He had a love for nature and the outdoors, always ready to go on a hike and tell his kids about the plants and foliage seen along the path. He had a strong love for agriculture and the bright sunlight on a clear day. His laugh could be heard as loud as his sneeze and he liked to tend to the plants as well as set a barbecue when weather permitted. He will be deeply missed by his family.
