Geraldine Angerbauer, loving wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother, aunt and friend, died at home in Millbrae Sept. 28, 2008.
She was born May 24, 1918 in Lawrence, Kan. and met her husband George in Salt Lake City. She spent the past 62 years with him in their home in Millbrae.
Gerry was a wonderful mother and never a day passed when she did not tell each of her children how much she loved them and how grateful she was that her Heavenly Father blessed her with the three best children in the world. She supported her children and grandchildren in all that they did, and was always there for them with love and support.
Gerry was a very humble person, and she had the most tender, compassionate heart, had an unconditional love for each of her family members and never said an unkind word about anyone. Gerry truly exemplified Christ’s teachings by the way she lived her life.
She was active in the Mormon Church throughout her life.
Gerry is survived by her husband of 67 years, George; daughter Jeri Calder of Brea, CA, son Rick of Sandy, Utah, 10 grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. Her daughter, Bonnie Duffy, preceded her in death on Sept. 21, 2008.
She will be forever missed by all who knew and loved her.
Family and friends may visit after 10 a.m. Thursday, Oct. 2 and attend the 11 a.m. funeral at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, 975 Sneath Lane in San Bruno. Private interment will follow at Greenlawn Memorial Park in Colma.
