YFA (Youth and Family Assistance) has announced the appointment of Robert Rybicki as Executive Director. Rybicki will manage staff, programs and representation of the agency in the community.
After receiving a B.A. in communications from Loyola U. and a Master of Divinity degree from St. Mary of the Lake Seminary, he began his career as a pastor in the inner city of Chicago. Since 1997, Rybicki served as Chief Executive Officer of Shanti.
Established in 1976, YFA is a family of innovative programs dedicated to assisting youth and families in high-risk situations. YFA provides services to more than 65,000 people each year.
