A woman found guilty by jury of felony involuntary manslaughter for administering a fatal cosmetic procedure to a woman who was famous online for being a Kim Kardashian look-alike has been sentenced to four years in state prison, according to the San Mateo County District Attorney’s Office. 

Vivian Gomez, 50, who was also found guilty of practicing medicine without a license resulting in death, told the court she does not want to appeal the decision and wants to “just go to prison and do her time,” the DA’s Office said. A restitution hearing has been set for July 20.
