A 19-year-old Moss Beach resident has been sentenced to 17 years and eight months in state prison for the rape of three underage female victims he knew from school, San Mateo County District Attorney Steve Wagstaffe said.
The man, Nathan Feix, pleaded no contest to three felony counts of forcible rape, forcible oral copulation and forcible digital penetration, Wagstaffe said.
He will be formally sentenced April 19.
Feix was a lifeguard at Kelly Beach in Half Moon Bay and used force to rape and compel sexual acts from the three victims over a yearlong period when he was 18, according to the DA’s Office.
He was originally charged with 18 felonies.
“He was a predator and, as a predator, he preyed on these young women and forcibly sexually assaulted them, and there is no leniency for that,” Wagstaffe said.
