A 49-year-old Daly City man was arrested late Thursday night on suspicion of having exposed himself and masturbated in front of a 16-year-old boy in a fitness center locker room, the San Mateo County Sheriff’s Office said Sunday.
Thomas Myint was arrested in suspicion of indecent exposure and of suspicion of annoying or molesting a minor — both misdemeanors — after the 16-year-old told staff at the 24 Hour Fitness gym at 979 Broadway in Millbrae that Myint was masturbating, Detective Rosemerry Blankswade said in a news release Sunday night.
Deputies from the sheriff’s Millbrae Police Bureau were called at 11:39 p.m. Thursday, and gym staff detained Myint until deputies arrived, Blankswade said. He was booked into the Maguire Correctional Facility.
