A Brisbane man was arrested for stabbing a man in South San Francisco on the 300 block of Grand Avenue Saturday morning, according to police.
At about 12:16 a.m. Jan. 24, South San Francisco police officers were called to the location on the report of a man who had been stabbed in the back. He received medical aid from firefighters and was taken to a trauma center for injuries that were not life threatening, according to police.
The suspect had fled the scene, but detectives identified him as Morgan Hallquist, 36, who was located Jan. 28. Detectives found further evidence of the crime and he was booked into San Mateo County Jail without incident, according to police.
