Baylands

A rendering of the Brisbane Baylands development.

A measure that would allow for up to 2,200 new residential units and up to 7 million square feet of new commercial development at the Baylands property in Brisbane appears to have narrowly passed in Tuesday’s election, according to complete unofficial election results.

Measure JJ had more than 54 percent approval as of early Wednesday morning and needed only a majority of votes.
