A telephoned bomb threat caused the evacuation of a San Bruno school yesterday although authorities did not find a bomb.
At around 7:30 a.m., the San Bruno Police got a call that said a bomb would go off at Parkside Intermediate School at Niles Avenue.
The school administration decided to evacuate the school while it was searched by San Bruno police and the San Mateo County Sheriff's Department, according to the police.
Nothing unusual was located and classes resumed at 11:15 a.m. The case is under investigation. Anyone with information is asked to call the San Bruno police at 616-7100.<
