The city of Belmont is launching the MyBelmont 311 app, a new tool designed to streamline service requests for residents, businesses and visitors.
The MyBelmont app provides access to city-related information and allows users to submit service requests and report nonemergency issues such as potholes, graffiti or downed trees.
Users can submit requests by creating an account or reporting anonymously. The app allows you to input the location of the issue, upload photos and provide a description of the problem. Your request is then sent to a city staff member, and you can track its progress in real-time. The app is designed to make interacting with the city of Belmont easier and more efficient, according to a city press release.
The free app is available in English and Spanish on both iOS and Android devices. Simply search for “City of Belmont” in the app store. The app can also be accessed via the online portal. Visit belmont.gov/mybelmont for more information.
