The Mustangs rolled to the win over the Tigers, led by Lily Thomas' four-touchdown performance.
Darla Rancatore added a pair of touchdowns — one on offense, one on a pick-6 interception return — for Capuchino (1-1 PAL Ocean, 2-2 overall).
Dana Motroni rounded out the scoring for the Mustangs.
Terra Nova falls to 0-2 in Ocean play and 0-4 overall.
Sequoia 41, Jefferson 6
Freshman quarterback Hannah Orton helped lead the Ravens to the lopsided win over the Grizzlies.
Orton completed 11 of 15 passes for 203 yards. Jamie Elkington was her favorite target as the senior erupted for 132 receiving yards on just five catches — including touchdown catches of 50 and 60 yards.
Grace Taylor caught a 45-yard scoring pass for Sequoia (1-1 PAL Ocean, 5-6 overall), finishing with four catches for 85 yards and two scores.
Jefferson drops to 0-2 in Ocean play and 0-5 overall.
Hillsdale 38, Half Moon Bay 19
Lucia Forney scored five touchdowns to lead the rout for the Knights.
Half Moon Bay (0-1 PAL Ocean, 0-3 overall), despite looking for its first program win in its inaugural season, is showing progress as the 19 points is a season-high. Quarterback Kiesten Holmes accounted for three touchdowns — two passing and one rushing. Zoey Lemoge caught both touchdown passes, while Clarissa Amezcua had an interception for the Cougars.
Hillsdale is 1-0 in the Ocean Division and 4-4 overall.
Menlo School 38, Riordan 6
The Knights' defense led the way as they cruised past the Crusaders.
Ava Allen, Anika Shah and Lisi Mahe all returned interceptions for touchdowns for Menlo (2-0 WBAL, 6-0 overall).
Allen, a junior quarterback, also threw for a pair of scoring passes, one each to Maren Mulloy and Shah, and ran for another.

Aragon (1-0 PAL Bay, 4-1 overall) rolled to a 39-6 win over Woodside (0-2, 1-4).
King's Academy (2-2 WBAL, 4-4 overall) beat Mercy (1-3, 3-6), 26-19.
Sacred Heart Prep (2-0 WBAL, 9-1 overall) slipped past St. Francis (1-2, 3-6-1), 7-0.

Mills 5, San Mateo 2
The Vikings got past the Bearcats in a match that was postponed from Tuesday because of heat.
Mills (3-2 PAL Bay, 7-2 overall) swept the four singles matches, with Maya Dolmage-Heath, at No. 2 singles, winning 6-0, 6-0.

San Mateo (1-4, 1-4) got a 7-5, 6-2 win from its No. 1 doubles team of Madison Aiden and Rishika Mukherjee, while the No. 3 doubles team of Chloe Wang and Emily Cao won 6-2, 6-3.

Sacred Heart Prep 3, Crystal 0
The Gators continue to roll and they cruised past the Gryphons 25-9, 25-13, 25-11 in a West Bay Athletic League Foothill Division matchup.
Poema Ueligitone finished with a team-high nine kills for SHP (4-0 WBAL Foothill, 12-1 overall). Kiley McGibben had four of the Gators' 12 service aces and guided the offense with 23 assists.
Crystal drops to 0-3 in WBAL play and 4-4 overall.
In other action...
Summit Shasta (12-5 overall) swept past Capuchino (10-2) in a non-league match – 25-20, 25-17, 26-24.
Boys' water polo
Menlo School 17, Bellarmine 8
The Knights scored seven goals in the first period to propel them to the rout over the Bells.
Hunter Coleman and Lincoln Bott each scored four goals to lead Menlo (3-0 WCAL, 8-1 overall). Adam Afar netted a hat trick, while Calvin Barad, Alex Stoffel and Avery Kuzimiko each scored a pair of goals.
Terra Nova 22, Mills 5
Jonathan Martin and Dane Grochowski combined for 13 goals to lead the Tigers past the Vikings for their first division win of the season.
Martin scored a match-high eight goals for Terra Nova (1-2 PAL Ocean), while added five.
Mills falls to 0-4 in Ocean Division play with the loss.

Girls water polo
Menlo School 16, Presentation 2
Katie Hardegree and Sabina Sutaria combined for nine goals, four assists and a pair of steals to lead the Knights past the Panthers in a WCAL match.
Goalie Sophia Maldonado made four saves and assisted on three goals for Menlo (1-2 WCAL, 5-6 overall).
Presentation falls to 0-3 in WCAL play and 5-3 overall.
