Good questions, Mr. Marque, and good luck in getting answers. In reality, we will never have a fiscally and operationally viable mass transit system when transit systems continue to operate at 100% capacity with 50% or less ridership, with taxes and fees inevitably going towards paying union pensions and benefits rather than serving the public.

Current mass transit systems work for people not in a hurry to get somewhere but not for people that have to be somewhere at certain time. Smaller autonomous buses using AI is a probable solution.
