It has been said that there is no more powerful force than an idea whose time has come. I believe it is time to slow down the traffic in our business districts. Right now, 25 mph is simply too fast for conditions. It should be lowered to 15, if not 10, especially where there is angled parking. With all the pedestrians, bicycles, delivery trucks and vehicles trying to park, it’s ridiculous to suggest that 25 is appropriate.
