Lifelong career in Law Enforcement throughout San Mateo County, retiring as Police Sergeant in Menlo Park. Ordained by SF Archdiocese, Paul was assigned Deacon at St. Luke Foster City for 18 years, and lovingly served other communities as well. Train enthusiast with extensive model train layout. Survived by wife of 49 years, Sally Lucia nee Kastl, brother Tom Lucia, brother-in-law Frank Kastl (Kriss), nephews and nieces.

Predeceased by son Kevin Lucia, brother William Lucia, parents Peter and Mary Lucia. Deceased’s funeral arrangements: June 26, 2024 Services at St. Luke Catholic Church, 1111 Beach Park Blvd, Foster City, CA
