Julio Franco
A man was arrested Wednesday on charges that he exposed himself in a Redwood City apartment parking lot.
Julio Franco, a 27-year-old Redwood City man, was arrested after deputies received a report of a man masturbating on the 200 block of Dumbarton Avenue around 12:15 p.m., according to the Sheriff’s Office.
Deputies found Franco and determined he was also on probation. He was booked in jail for indecent exposure and violating his probation, according to the Sheriff’s Office.
