One man was stabbed several times and another arrested after a fight in the breezeway of Sequoia Station in Redwood City Wednesday night, according to police.

At about 8:11 p.m. Jan. 15, police were called to the location on the report by sheriff’s deputies who happened upon the assault in progress when they were conducting a routine check and saw the fight in the breezeway in the middle of retail stores that allows access to the platform. They disengaged when they saw law enforcement and officers saw one with the knife and the other stabbed, according to police.
