Foster City
Vandalism. Someone wrote on a residence with chalk on Constitution Drive, it was reported at 12:27 p.m. Monday, Sept. 25.
Arrest. A woman was arrested for being under the influence of alcohol on Chess Drive, it was reported at 2:18 a.m. Saturday, Sept. 23.
Petty theft. Someone siphoned gas from a vehicle on Compass Lane, it was reported at 6:52 a.m. Friday, Sept. 22.
Arrest. An Oakland resident was arrested on State Route 92. Subject was also cited for driving with a suspended license, it was reported at 10:32 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 21.
Suspicious person. Someone was sleeping on East Hillsdale Boulevard, it was reported at 8:46 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 21.
Abandoned vehicle. Two vehicles were parked on Marlin Avenue for over a week, it was reported at 4:49 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 21.
San Carlos
Burglary. A vehicle was broken into and a backpack was stolen and a credit card was used resulting in a loss of $2,100 on the 300 block of Industrial Road, it was reported at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday, Sept. 19.
Assault. Someone assaulted a group of people with a machete on 700 block of Laurel Street, it was reported at 9 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 16.
Grand theft. Someone stole tools from an unlocked utility box worth $2,000 on the 300 block of Glenwood Street, it was reported at 3:39 a.m. Sept. Saturday, Sept. 16.
Grand theft. Someone received a fraudulent check and had $2,339 stolen on 1600 block of Brittan Avenue, it was reported at noon, Friday, Sept. 15.
