A man was shot and killed in his motel room Thursday by a neatly dressed gunman, according to witnesses.
Leroy R. Abraham, 31, tried to keep the shooter outside of his room at the River City Motel, witnesses said. But the shooting suspect shoved against the door, shooting at the same time and forced his way into the room. The shooting occurred in an unincorporated are in southern Sacramento County. Sacramento County sheriff's investigators said they have no motive in the killing.<
