Actor Robert Blake returned home Sunday from a brief hospital stay as the coroner's office prepared to perform an autopsy on his slain wife.
The results of the autopsy on Bonny Lee Bakley were expected to be released Monday, said Mel Graham, a senior clerk in the Los Angeles County Coroner's office.
Bakley, 45, was shot and killed Friday as she sat in a Dodge Stealth near Vitello's, a Studio City restaurant the actor frequented. Police have said Blake isn't considered a suspect.
Officer Don Cox, a Los Angeles Police Department spokesman, declined Sunday to comment on the progress of the investigation.
Blake, 67, checked himself into a San Fernando Valley hospital for high blood pressure Saturday but left early Sunday, said attorney Harland Braun.
