Fans can buy and swap baseball memorabilia, learn about baseball history and test their playing skills against each other at this three-floor "Baseball Heaven on Earth” event. Baseball legends and Hall of Famers Vida Blue, Bob Feller, Rollie Fingers, Bill Laskey, Jeffery Leonard and Gaylord Perry, among others, will sign for fans. Cal Ripken, Jr., Tony Gwynn, J.T. Snow and Barry Zito will also make appearances throughout the festivities.
XM All-Star Futures Game
AT&T Park, July 8, 1 p.m.
Come see the MLB stars of tomorrow! Juan Marichal and Dave Winfield will manage the two teams in the Futures Game, which pits the top minor league prospects from the United States against the top prospects in the world. The game will last seven innings and will be televised on ESPN2.
Legends and Celebrities Softball Game

Former athletes and current celebrities square off in the Legends and Celebrities Softball Game. Hometown favorite J.T. Snow will participate, along with San Francisco Mayor Gavin Newsom, former 49ers star Jerry Rice and TV celebrities Alyssa Milano and Jimmy Kimmel. Other former baseball players include Dave Winfield, Ernie Banks, Gary Carter, Ozzie Smith, Rollie Fingers, Wade Boggs, Matt Williams, Robb Nen and Rickey Henderson.
State Farm Home Run Derby

The most feared power hitters in all of baseball swing for McCovey Cove in the Home Run Derby. Ryan Howard looks to defend his 2006 title. He will compete against Justin Morneau and Miguel Cabrera, among others, but don’t expect to see Barry Bonds. The slugger will be noticeably absent, resting before resuming his quest for 756.
78th All-Star Game
AT&T Park, July 10
The Midsummer Classic returns to San Francisco for the first time since 1985. The National League, led by Barry Bonds, looks to upset the American League, which has dominated the All-Star game in past years. The winner of the game will get home field advantage in the World Series.
