Just use rakes. Watch the operators of these leaf blowers yourselves. They are sloppy and wasteful of their time. They wouldn't make mistakes if they used rakes.

Even basic research shows that these kinds of expensive restrictions on homeowners make zero impact on "climate change". They just increase costs, which makes it more difficult to switch to more efficient methods of energy production. It's a huge waste of time and money.
