Sequoia 16, Burlingame 13
The Ravens handed the Panthers their first Bay Division loss of the season, holding on in the second half.
Sequoia (3-1 PAL Bay, 8-4 overall) led 8-3 at halftime, but Burlingame (3-1, 9-6) outscored the Ravens 10-8 in the second.
Adrian Gong led Burlingame with five goals.
Woodside 17, Carlmont 6
Will Stevenson lit up the scoreboard to lead the Wildcats to the win over the Scots.
Stevenson, a junior, had scored a game-high three goals and assisted on three more. Toby Yuen, Luke Sochoux and Hank Hull each scored two goals and an assist for Woodside (3-1 PAL Bay, 4-4 overall).
Carlmont falls to 1-3 in Bay play.
Hillsdale 12, Priory 9
The Knights got strong performances on each end of the pool in the win over the Panthers.
Taner Heidenreich led the offense for Hillsdale (2-3 PAL Bay, 8-4 overall), scoring four goals. Knights goalie Jorge Trujillo locked down the back end, finishing with 14 saves.
Priory (3-6, 0-5) got four goals from Allen Wu.
Girls’ golf
Carlmont 245, Menlo-Atherton 308
The Scots handed the Bears their sixth straight Bay Division loss at a tough Menlo Golf & Country Club in Atherton.
Tessa Lee had the low round of the day to lead Carlmont (2-3 PAL Bay), carding a 41. Karuna Mungali was the only other Scot to post a sub-round, finishing with a 45.
Savannah Lee led M-A (0-6), posting a 46.

Menlo School 38, Sacred Heart Cathedral 0
Knights quarterback Ava Allen continues to light up the scoreboard as she helped lead her team to a shut out of the Irish.
Allen connected for four touchdown passes — two to Maren Mulloy and one each to Lisi Mahe and Sophie Housser.
Housser also connected for a score to Allen, while backup QB Kaylee Amazona found Mahe for her second scoring pass of the day.
Defensively, Sierra Wynn notched three of the Knights’ five sacks. Olivia Capasso, Sophia Longinidis and Anika Shah each came up with an interception for Menlo.
Menlo, which has outscored the opposition 240-70 this season, improves to 7-0 in WBAL play.
Burlingame 19, El Camino 7
Kendall Gorshen threw three touchdown passes to lead the Panthers to the win over the Colts.
The defense for Burlingame (6-2 overall) got interceptions from Shiloh Roxas, Colette Uharriet and Mae Paulsen each had an interception.
El Camino falls to 3-3 overall.
In other action ...
San Mateo (2-2 overall) blanked South City (2-1), 17-0.
Girls’ tennis
Burlingame 7, Half Moon Bay 0
The Panthers cruised to the Bay Division in a makeup of a match that was postponed last week.
Samantha Tom moved into the No. 1 singles spot for Burlingame (4-2 PAL Bay, 8-4 overall), winning 6-1, 6-0. The Panthers’ No. 1 doubles team of Greta Martin and Ella Vuong won their match at love, 6-0, 6-0.
Half Moon Bay falls to 0-6 in Bay play and 0-8 overall.
