Reading a letter by a self professed mover and shaker pizza delivery guy who has utter contempt for people who protest on the streets. Writing a letter or two might change a mind here and there, but those protestors with the great signs are being seen on the news and in the newspapers. And it shows a real willingness to get out there and do something about our “Dicktator in Charge.”
I was part of the Vietnam War protests. I believe they helped stop the war. And the Civil Rights protests made a difference. If anything, I’m afraid we are losing our momentum. We need to scream and yell and shout till this evil man and his unqualified cabinet are gone. They are destroying this country and the respect we used to have. On all levels.

Thanks for your letter, Mr. Ortiz, but did you get the same Democrat bat signal that Mike O. received the other day regarding the power of protest? A news flash, “those protestors with the great signs are being seen on the news and in the newspapers” results only in these viewers wondering why Democrats support criminals over American citizens. These ridiculous TDS sufferers will likely motivate folks to vote against Democrats, as evidenced by Democrat party approval ratings being some of the lowest in recorded history.
Now imagine if these street protesters volunteered to bring meals to seniors, to help out at the SPCA, or somewhere else, instead of wasting time loitering in the streets. Perhaps they’d make a real and fulfilling impact in doing something to Make America Great Again instead of Making America Last. Trump 2028. BTW, most people associate your “Dicktator in Charge” to be Gavin Newsom.
Both the Vietnam war and civil rights protests were protesting FOR something- the end to US involvement in a foreign conflict and the changing of unjust laws separating people by race. What exactly are you and the current group protesting FOR other than "Orange man bad"? You want Trump and his administration out of the White House. OK- that will happen in January 2029 regardless of what you do. Keep screaming in the street though, I'm sure it is cathartic.
