BELMONT
8:51 a.m., 100 block of Virginia Avenue. Disturbance. A resident complained of a barking dog and was told by the neighbor that it was not her dog barking.
10:54 a.m., Ralston Avenue and Hiller Street. A man in a red Toyota Tacoma was advised to not pick up recycled items from other resident's trash cans.
BURLINGAME
5:15 p.m., 200 block of Anita Drive. Grand theft. An IBM laptop was stolen from a sidewalk when a man inadvertently left it outside as he was getting into his car.
9:55 p.m., 700 block of California Drive, Mrs. Bubbles Laundromat. A drunk and disorderly man got into a woman's unlocked Mercedes Benz and began rummaging through the car. The woman did not know the man and called the police. When they arrived, the man became belligerent and the suspect was taken in for further questioning.
MILLBRAE
7:49 a.m. Hillcrest Drive and Hwy 280. Auto burglary. A wallet, checkbook and housekeys were stolen from a car while the owner was out walking on a trail.
10:04 a.m., 1145 El Camino Real, Kragen Auto. Credit cards that were stolen this weekend were used by the suspect at Kragen Auto. The store turned in video surveillance tape to police.

4:18 p.m., 490 Broadway, Wells Fargo. A man drove up in a faded maroon minivan and flashed a woman outside the bank. The flasher wore a white tank top.
4:54 p.m., 1101 El Camino Real, McDonalds. A black leather wallet containing cash and a driver's license was lost.
5:13 p.m., 525 El Camino Real, Safeway. A black leather wallet left in a shopping cart contained a driver's license, cash, credit and ATM cards.
10:10 p.m., 200 block of La Cruz Avenue. A caller made numerous calls to a residence suggesting the resident was going to win a contest. Police advised not to give any personal information.
10:54 p.m., East Hillcrest Boulevard and Hemlock Avenue. Drunk in public. A drunken man in his 40s wearing a Giants baseball cap over long blond hair began a disturbance at his parents house. He chased his parents into a side alley and the parents escaped by leaving in their car. The man was charged on several counts by police.
12:50 a.m., first block of Alp Way. Trespassing. Several juveniles exited the west gate of a school at night prompting the janitor to ask for additional patrol.
REDWOOD CITY
8:16 a.m., 2700 block of Goodwin Avenue. A car was spray-painted and tires were slashed by what seems to be a disgruntled parent of the resident's day care center.
SAN BRUNO
7:40 a.m., 1400 block of Crestwood Drive. A Ford Mustang was stolen, license plate number 3VHW571.
